J P Humbert Auctioneers Ltd is a new and qualitative provincial Auction house based in the market town of Towcester, Northamptonshire and established in July 2003.
 
The Managing Director and Auctioneer is Jonathan Humbert, who was educated at Stowe School. Jonathan has been in the antique trade for a number of years, formally trading as Corinthian Antiques of Buckingham. There have been Auctioneers in Jonathan's family for five generations, starting with Charles Humbert of Watford in 1841.
 
There is on-site parking for 240 cars, excellent security, the sale-rooms are well lit, pleasantly warm and at over 5000 sq. ft, extremely spacious. There is also a covered loading area. The business also enlists the services of a team of professionals who are specialists in their fields for the purposes of valuation and advice.
